Brought the book and cd on Saturday. Read the book and listened to the cd twice. I have been keeping a log of my daily calories and want to still do that to make sure I'm not eating too many. Do you think it's ok to do both together? I've lost 11lbs in 6 weeks without Paul Mckenna, and don't want to spoil that but feel like my motivations slipping a bit. So thought I'd give his ideas a go.
Can't say I've notice much difference, except the "eat what you want "stuff. I had chocolate today, the first time this year! Hope I can take in all his other rules and not just that one!
How'everyone else finding it?
